MARCH 16, 2022, KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Dr. Callahan taught attendees how to design an adaptive organization that delivers customer-focused outcomes in today’s complex business environment. “Dr. Callahan’s presentation was very informative, yet funny which was the perfect combination.”

Capital City Improv Troupe

On November 23rd, CILCSA welcomed the Capital City Improv Troupe to Illini Country Club!  This fun event taught new skills, including how to think quickly & respond with ease.  Customer service done best is all about thinking on your feet, acting swiftly and being creative with your responses!

A special thank you to Andrew Bartlett, OOT Box Media,
for putting this incredible video together!

Life has been one non-stop improv lately! Customer service done best is all about thinking on your feet, acting swiftly and being creative with your responses!

Toys for Tots Drive!

CILCSA also held its annual Toys for Tots toy drive at the event!  Many generous donors brought new, unwrapped toys and gifts, along with cash donations, to benefit those in need in our community.  On November 24, 2021, Michael Thomas and Steve Peralta, CILCSA Board Members (pictured at right), presented the donated toys and money to the local Toys for Tots representative.  Thank you to everyone who contributed!

“Every contact we have with a customer influences whether or not they’ll come back. We have to be great every time or we’ll lose them.”

— Kevin Stirtz
