Adapting CX Approach During COVID-19:
A few weeks ago, CILCSA conducted a member survey. Results from the survey suggested we share real life examples of how our members have adapted their customer service approach to respond to customer needs and enhance the CX experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thank you to Corporate Members, BOS, Engrained, Express Employment Professionals, Girl Scouts of Central Illinois, Springfield Running Center and SpringHill Suites, for sharing short videos illustrating how they modified their existing service process to answer the call for customers, while keeping employees and customers safe.
We encourage all CILCSA members to share their ideas and best practices with us, so that together, we can make Springfield the friendliest in Illinois!

Laurie blended real-life examples, proven action steps, practical advice and takeaways in her engaging and entertaining keynote address!
Panel of Experts
A huge thank you goes out to Jim Britton, Chris Butler and Mike Pence for serving as our Panel of Experts. The discussion, titled “What Keeps You Up at Night?”, covered everything from attracting and keeping good employees to providing good customer service with a lot of good business advice in between.
Tailgate Party of the Year!
Tons of people turned out for a fun-filled tailgate party at the Route 66 Drive In. Tailgates were transformed into parties complete with decorations, grills, food and beverages as CILCSA members brought their family and friends to celebrate at the Route 66 Drive In.
